Part 4: Makeup and Overlays

I have returned with more makeup and overlays from BG3 and Skyrim!

First up: blueheavensims' Barbarians at the Gate war paint overlays, recolored, edited, and sorted into 4 different overlay boxes. Each overlay comes in Depth Charge, Detonator, Flashpowder, Fulminant, Hazardous, Timebomb, and TNT; and is for Cu though Eu.

NathanialRoyale's Skyrim makeup

Next: makeup converted from Skyrim! I did one set myself, and recolored NathanialRoyale's face paint set as well. Both sets' paints come in Depth Charge, Detonator, Flashpowder, Fulminant, Hazardous, Timebomb, and TNT (except Dremora, which only comes in Flashpowder) and are for Pu through Eu.

Baldur's Gate III makeup

I also converted some full face makeup from BG3! Most of these are from me taking screenshots in the character creator and editing them a bunch until they fit Sims faces, but a few are conversions from Satterly's TS4 BG3 makeup. They come in Depth Charge, Detonator, Flashpowder, Fulminant, Hazardous, Timebomb, and TNT and are for Pu through Eu.

More BG3 overlays in a box and full face makeup, this time for specific characters! Halsin's tattoo was converted from Lady-Moriel's TS4 Halsin and Karlach's tattoos were made using BlackSalander's reference images, everything else was converted by me from either screenshots or my limited adventures into the BG3 texture files. Everything except for Shadowheart's overlays are for Tu-Eu, while Shadowheart's are for Cu-Eu. Everything comes in only the colors shown in the swatches.

Finally, some eyeshadows to match BG3 shadows made from Corinne's La Mort Lumineux and Vampire_aninyosaloh's Goth Smudge. They come in Depth Charge, Detonator, Flashpowder, Fulminant, Hazardous, Timebomb, and TNT and are for Cu through Eu.

Overlay box with 8 leggings with textures from Maxis. White tights, jeggings, and magician tights for Cu and older; Bella stockings, thigh socks, red fishnets, and black fishnets for Tu and older; garters for adults and older.

Overlay box with 24 body only body hairs. 4 different patterns of hair, each in Diatomite, Molotov, Brisance, Dynamite, Mailbomb, and Timebomb. Dense and thick hairs use textures by Inky-Fish, curly and thin use textures from nennafromyoutube. Timebomb and Mailbomb are adult and elder only, all other colors are teen through elder.

Makeup Customs and Defaults

Happy summer! I've finally got my sims looking the way I want to with a new set of makeup! All of it is based on Lilith's Honey Honey textures with Pooklet, Trapping, and Iakoa's colors. It's also rather cartoony, which suits me fine. Your mileage may vary if you have more realistic skins.

Previews:

Clockwise from top: Setsuna is wearing TNT sides blush and Tetryl lipstick; Michiru is wearing Pyrodex eyeshadow and Tetryl lipstick; Hotaru is wearing Fluorophore eyeshadow; Astarte is wearing Nuclear eyeshadow and Olive lipstick; Haruka declined to participate in this preview.


From left: Rei is wearing Molotov lipstick; Minako is wearing Firework apples blush, Wooden Shoes eyeshadow, and Firework lipstick; Maktoto is wearing Pentolite apples blush and Pentolite lipstick; Ami is wearing Pale Dust lipstick; Usagi is wearing Pentolite apples blush, Pentolite eyeshadow, and Powder Cake lipstick.

Lipstick:
50 different shades! 10 of them match Trapping's skin actions, 3 are Iakoa colors, 5 are Pooklet's natural hair colors (mostly red), 5 are hybrid mixes of colors, and the 27 remaining colors are the usual Pooklet unnaturals. Defaults available for both all base game and OfB colors. Most colors should work on darker as well as lighter skins!

Eyeshadow:
35 colors, 4 Trapping, 2 Iakoa, and 29 Pooklet unnaturals. Defaults for base game and OfB colors. Should play nice with my eyelid sets.

Blush:
16 different blushes. Two different types: one on the sides of the cheeks, and one on the "apples" of the cheeks. There are 6 different red-pink Pooklet colors for each, and one color from Trapping. I also made one of each type with a Witch Potion (Iakoa) color, so my green aliens can blush too! Defaults available for only the five blushes that are available for all skins. I chose not to default the weird pale face powders, as I couldn't get them to not look like hot garbage.

Eye Makeup Defaults

Here's a default replacement of the basegame eyeliner and two eyeshadows: "slant" and "gothswirls". These use Voeille's eyeliners from this and this set. Remember you can only have one default replacement for eyeliners and those eyeshadows in the game at one time.
