If you're looking at Annoree's original Sailor Moon Sims 1 skins, then yes, the Black Lady skin doesn't lead to a download. It made me super sad, I would have loved to have made a doll of her too! I was able to download the rest of Annoree's Sims 1 skins though, and all I did to make the dolls was throw them in Milkshape and size them properly (and place them on a deco stand).
