Have you tried clearing your cache? I feel like 99% of the time when I have issues with accessories, clearing my cache solves them!
If that doesn't work on your end, could you let me know which ages/genders the crashing happens for (or if it's all of them)? That'll give me a starting point for fixing the problem. Good luck!
