Glasses crashing game

Hi.
I just downloaded you glasses defaults and your file GlassesDefault_EvenMoreHip_TamoOval is crashing my game. I don't have any other defaults in there apart from your other glasses defaults. All the rest are fine and love having glasses defaults, thanks!! :)
